Law changes?

Postby Kiddy » Monday 09th 2016f May 2016 05:46:17 PM

On SSN, to be trialed at Englands three pre Euro2016 friendlies.
1. Remove triple punishment, (red card, penalty, suspension for last ditch tackle), & replace with yellow card for "genuine attempt to play ball". (think pen still stands?)
2 Take kick off in any direction (currently forward), no need for two players.
3.Red card before kick off, for violent conduct/verbal abuse.
4. At penalties, yellow card for keeper movement before penalty taken & for taker if he faints before kick being taken + forfeiture of penalty.
5. A player can be charged with violent conduct if no contact has been made with an opponent.

Thoughts?
No financial regulation, no corporate governance, no enlarged divisions, no summer football, no single ruling body, no new cash, no integrity. Behold the 'bright new dawn' for Scottish football,
