I am still waiting for "emergency league reconstruction" to rear its head. Plenty time yet for Spifle to get their darlings back "where they belong".

Their "Moshni's out of contract/look at the Well fans" stance, is totally laughable.

'Failing to control their players' springs to mind.
No financial regulation, no corporate governance, no enlarged divisions, no summer football, no single ruling body, no new cash, no integrity. Behold the 'bright new dawn' for Scottish football,

And they will get away with it; or a £10 fine and a lecture on not letting it happen again at worst.

Two more snouts for the trough, how will this affect his 'Ambassador' position within the Falkirk youth setup?

"A warm welcome to Sevco's third choice management team".
(Deathly silence-door opens to another guy looking for the exit)
"Eh, we could at least have some applause?" (further bemusement) :? .

'So Davie, did you think you would be here (Ibroke) so quickly, given you were pumped by The Blades not long ago?' :joker:

As someone who spent his working life in the tax business I am delighted that HMRC has won this case.
It never made sense for payments for services given to be treated as loans.
Thankfully, the law lords have ruled correctly on this nonsense, albeit belatedly.

Wonderful news.

The last judgement was simply baffling.

The bigger story however is Rangers accounts for 2015.

Absolutely shambolic figures.

Rangers cheated, then they died. Get those titles and cups stripped - now.

Falkirk FC - Scottish Cup Winners 2009.

Sevco are heading down the same route. Delicious.

They are no different that they have been for 30 years. Since Murray got there he did nothing but pump in cash year after year to fill the whole in their accounts.

I fail to see how getting to the Premiership will improve it, as they already have 40,000+ ST's, a retail deal that makes them nothing. Added to to the issues will be the need to pay more if they want to improve their quality. Mr. King certainly doesn't have his troubles to seek. Bollocks to him

The impact of those 'illegal' EBT's.

Hearts - 1 League, 1 SC & 1 LC
Motherwell - 1 League & 1 LC
Falkirk, QoS & Dundee - 1 SC
St Mirren, Dundee Utd, Ayr United, St Johnstone & Hibs - 1 LC

All that's before quoting Celtic's 9 leagues, 2 SC & 3 LC.

Point is they should be different.

Unlike the Murray era, THE Rangers are not competing with Celtic, or Europe's elite.

They are simply attempting a Gretna by winning back to back promotions through leagues of part time clubs and utter dross, and they have failed on a staggering level.

All with tens of thousands paying to watch.

Gretna was the bench mark for this, and they even made the cup final. Their entire journey possibly cost less than McCoists wage.

Never let a THE Rangers fan forget their roots. The club was born in 2012 out of fraud, and has been nothing but an utter embarrassment every day since.

FACT.

'Since the former company running Rangers was fined in 2013 for failing to register players properly the SPFL hierarchy believe that stands as punishment for the tax-case related breach and no further action will be taken. (Sun)'

So its now a company that was running Sevco???

Nothing will happen to them, they are the scum of the earth and our establishment are far too weak to even suggest a punishment. Shambles!!!
