CEFN DRUIDS Match

Post by JaxinFalkirk » Monday 04th 2018f June 2018 01:11:40 PM

I see that they have qualified for the preliminary round of the Europa League and matches to be played on consecutive Thursdays 28th June and 5th July which must put our friendly fixture in doubt

Europa league qualifiers can also be played on Tuesday or Wednesday, but yes, it does look like it could be an issue.

This is becoming a new tradition, the pre-season fixture screw up.

Nearly as predictable as your own negative narrative perhaps Olaf...... :hammer:

For what it's worth I feel that the club acted in good faith with planning this & just unfortunate if it needs to be cancelled for a competitive alternative at the Welsh end - that said who knows maybe they will still play the fame given its a friendly

Premature Articulation maybe on our parts!!!

Surely Cefn Druids shouldnt be agreeing to play us in a match if perhaps they have to cancel it due to euro commitments. I'd be blaming them more than us if the game needs to be cancelled and would be looking for some compensation .
