Vital win!

A big game could see us make up for the loss of prize money in the league, just hope we get a winnable tie to get to the semis or one of the Ugly sisters.

Don't want a mid ranking premier team like Aberdeen, Hearts, Motherwell, Killie etc.. They'd all easily beat us and we'd get next to no cash boost.
I'm a bad man who doesn't waste time wondering what could've been when I am what could've been and what could not have been. I live on both sides of the fence. My grass is always green.

Olaf is correct. We simply are not a Championship team “on the up” capable of delivering a Cup shock. All the evidence points to us being comfortably beaten by everyone except Morton (assuming Ayr go out today).
Much better to get an OF side away and be done with it. We rode our luck at the franchise, we got near enough the dream draw against Cove, so now would be a good time to cash in (or get Morton at home, and deliver the goods).
Motherwell away will be the worst of all worlds......soundly beaten in front of a crowd of 3,800.

Well we got our wish. As you said get an OF away, make some cash and move on

What an effort from the fans on saturday, considering how rubbish we've been this season and to take approximately 800 up was amazing :falkirk:
