Can anyone advise if acknowledgement emails are sent to fans who pledged on the web site?

I went onto the site and tried to pledge, but the buttons did not appear to function properly. Not sure if pledge was received, or if I need to try again.
There is no acknowledgement email but If your pledge goes through, a message comes up on screen saying "Thanks for your support"

Thanks Kent. I didn't get that message, so I'll give it another go.

If you're committed enough, you can make any story work. I once told a woman I was Kevin Costner, and it worked because I believed it.

A wee update on the numbers.

As at 17th January, we have received pledges from more than 800 fans at an average of £15 per month. We have also received pledges of £250,000 from 25 fans who want to become patrons of the club.

We are working hard to raise awareness of the scheme among local businesses and have had excellent coverage in the Falkirk Herald, on BBC Scotland and across social media.

A decision on whether the scheme will go ahead will be taken on 31st January 2019.

Im surprised only 800 fans have jumped on board.

I had thought the bulk of the patron pledges had been lined up prior to this going public? Has someone(s) pulled out?

Monthly pledges can be made at www.backthebairns.com.

Fans who are interested in becoming patrons (min £5,000) can email davidrwhite53@gmail.com.

All pledges, which are for indicative purposes only at this stage, will be treated as strictly private and confidential

Not sure if it’s already in the pipeline but a flyer campaign before our next home match would maybe be a good idea if you’re still short of numbers.
