I think a spell out playing every week and hopefully scoring a few goals could do him wonders.

Unless he makes a turn around of Alan Hutton proportions then I think that spells the end of Shepherds Falkirk career. Good luck to the lad but he’s just not good enough. I’m fearing O’Hara may be the same although I think he deserves more of a chance.

Not sure what we’ve been doing at youth level the past number of years but players just don’t seem as physically ready as they were under Hughes. He put an emphasis on physical condition and it paid off. You certainly couldnt label Barr, Scobbie, Arfield or Brian Allison as lightweight when they broke in to the team.Have they stopped doing weight training at the Forth Valley academy?
