Fans' Wall Project!

Post by ffc1997 » Monday 28th 2011f November 2011 11:22:46 PM

Launch of the Fans' Wall Project
Fans are invited to have their picture taken by a professional photographer and the resulting laminated shaped photo will be used in a collage of faces. We are the first club to offer this unique project! These photos will be placed in the concourses of both the West and the South Stands. The West stand will have a collage at the tops of both stairs and the South Stand will use the wallspace opposite the kiosk. Fans can chose the location of their photo. These will be A4 sized and will resemble a crowd. The collages will then be protected by a large sheet of perspex so this will be a longterm representation of their support of the club. This process will cost £20 with all profits going to the club. The sooner you get your picture taken the sooner the collages will appear - become part of history!

Times and locations for the photographer:

The trailer outside the stadium from 1 - 2:40pm for both the next home matches - 3rd and 10th December
The Warm-up area at the Christmas Fair on Sunday 18th December from 2-4pm

If you have a suitable photo that you would like used you can e-mail it in once you have paid £20 at the trailer or Christmas Fair.

£20 = Too expensive, if it was £10, then more folk would go for it. Time will tell.

It would be good to have one positive comment! This is an orginal way to show your support for your team and have a lasting momento of yourself as part of a supportive project. The time, photographing, liaising, printing, laminating, attachments, perspex, fixings will add up to a huge job which volunteers are willing to do. It would be great to get some support for this unique idea. At £20 it would make a great Christmas pressie :eyebrow:

The Fans' Wall got off to a great start on Saturday. Please come along either before the Hamilton Game (1 - 2:45pm) or to The Christmas Fayre on Sunday 18th December in the Warm-up Area (2-4pm) when the photographer will be on-hand to take photos. We are also going to offer vouchers so that you can give a Falkirk Fan a special everlasting gift! These vouchers can be purchased from the Trailer on Saturday, the shop from then on or at the Christmas Fayre. Be part of this original project! :eyebrow:

I got my mug shot taken before the game on saturday. Totally agree its a brillaint idea and at only £20 to be apart of something unique and also help the club - excellent idea. Also quick and painless and for another £20 the guy will airbrush the photo :D . Obviously I never had to pay any extra!

I think you can email in a picture and pay for it next time you're at TFS.

You can e-mail a picture suitable to become A4 size. Ideally you could come to the Christmas Fayre next Sunday 2-4pm at the Warm-up Area at the Stadium or by arrangement at the Boxing Day Game and get your picture taken professionally. This project will continue into the New Year at the Trailer before Home games. £20 is a bargain! There are vouchers available from Sunday as presents too.
