Some folks seemed to require a reminder of the rules they signed up to when registering to use the forum.
We try to moderate in a sensible way and keep it to a minimum. The rules are standard phpBB rules and all members can choose to post sensibly and enjoy the forums, or post contrary to the rules and risk having posts edited or being banned.
