4 Train Tickets Up for Grabs For Dingwall

Postby Falkirk Till I Die » Monday 27th 2012f February 2012 01:29:04 PM

I've booked 4 Tickets for £47.00 return (total cost £47.00 for 4 tickets) for the Ross County game, only to find out that we are now taking the bus up instead.
If anyone wants the 4 tickets, pm me, and they are yours for face value (obviously). Can meet at the next home game for an exchange, or whatever arrangement suits both parties.

Times are as follows:

Departing Stirling at 7.33am - Arriving Inverness at 10.28am

Departing Inverness at 18.44 - Arriving Perth (for changeover train) 21.00pm then 21.18pm from Perth arriving Stirling 21.46.

Cheers

A bus every 30 minutes from Inverness to Dingwall taking 25 minutes. Dropping off 1 minute walk from The Mallard.
Same going back after the game.
Cost approx £1.80 each way. (Not even the cost of a pint).
Aye, I can see how hard it is...................

£12 a head is a cracking deal, I'm sure you won't have any trouble getting shot of them.

Think I've managed to find a deal that will cost me the same from Wales though. £1 each way from Warrington to Glasgow by train, and £5 each way by bus from Glasgow to Inverness. Tickets through Megabus. :D

£1 each way????? Think I will move to Wales.
If you search around, you can get some great savings. That deal I got was a saving of £166 against the original price, which you cant complain about.

The times are rubbish, I'd probably have to stop overnight in Glasgow on the way up with the £1 ticket, but if I upgrade to a fiver it's ok.. :)

Thanks, but I should be ok. The car park at Warrington Bank Quay is £1 a day over the weekend... :D

P.S. Ended up upgrading to convenient times: total cost Warrington to Inverness and back, £20.50. I'm happy.. :)
