Here's hoping! We might have a fighting chance in this Semi if he does.

As Hannibal quite rightly says, nice enough guy but he can fu*k off as soon as he likes.

I very much doubt if they can afford him if they are struggling financially. Unless there is a clause in Pressleys's contract saying otherwise.

Will wait and see it anything happens just like Burnley and Dundee Utd

Elvis is linked with every job going last week he was interviewed for the managers job at BT's!!!

Not sure if this would be a good thing or not to be honest who would replace him? Is he the right man to take us in to the semi final? He knows this young team inside out would they gel with another manager before the semi?

Not an advocate for Elvis by any means however for stability for the rest of this season, which hinges on Scottish Cup success, I question whether this would be good for Falkirk?

Not all the fans :D

Although I agree with what your saying. I don't blame him if he goes, going to one of his former clubs which is potentially a big club. Some of our fans don't deserve Pressley

I would rather that Pressley stayed - he is up against it with the young team we have and I think he is doing as good a job as anyone could. The moaners and doubters will be moaning and doubting regardless of who we appoint to replace him.

However, look at it another way. We are a team that develops youngsters so we can sell them at profit. Why do we not treat our managers the same way?
Always look on the bright side of life!

I think you will find its poor coventry fans who dont deserve him.....

Edited to add....pressley is a fine young manager, loved by every single one of us here at family falkirk who im sure will sorely miss his amazing style of free flowing amazing attacking football and his astute tactical brilliance, he will be a great asset to coventry football club and they should snap him up ASAP no matter the cost of compo.

Well done coventry on a great bit of business getting the new big thing... :clink:

No point sweating over smith taking INTERIM control until the end of the season, as long as that is as far as it goes. We are in the cup for potentially only one more game should we lose, and we are out the league by a mile, what difference will smith being in charge ultimately make until the summer ? Heck, we could even use the time from now till then to ADVERTISE the post and see who wants it....radical huh ??

I would have no problem with that either tbh. Advertising the job has always been my opinion.
It might be easier to get a manager in the close season, especially if we are tempting them to leave where they are by advertising the post.

Geeo, I think he means who, realistically, would we like to apply for the job following the advertising, no need to be an @rse about it.
