Thomas "Tommy" McLean

Post by spoc » Sunday 31st 2009f May 2009 03:24:52 PM

Thomas "Tommy" McLean spotted at Falkirk he took in St midden and Inverness games) next manager or scouting our boys?

Source my brother who was in Hospitality.

Personally might no be a bad choice as manager knows Scottish football inside and out but I'd rather yogi stays.

Think 'wee sprout features' is involved with Rangers in some form.

He stays in Larbert.

My father in law golfs with Tommy. He's an SFA advisor and goes to matches to feedback on the ref's and officials etc. He also works closely with the under 21 and B squads so is often asked by Burley to keep an eye on players. p.s He now stays in the Inches. he loves it there.
Don't growl at me ya wee bestard.

He was a good wee player and a decent manager at one time but he's well past his sell by date to manage at this level.

Interesting to note the most succesful manager in Britain at the moment is in his 60's.
