Re: The clear-out

Everyone appears to be 2nd guessing Hartley. We don't know what's on his mind so let him get on with it. He done the job of making sure we didn't get relegated, in fact if we had assembled the same points in the 1st half of the season, we would have been in the playoffs. If you are not happy with hi...

Re: revised season expectations ??

Just for info, Dumbarton still have to play Brechin twice, the same as us. Once in March, the other the postponed game. I would prefer to have the points on the board rather than the games in hand. Dumbarton might find themselves under a wee bit of pressure now as they are 6 points behind us rather ...

Re: Kevin O`Hara

Ryan Jack has just received a 3 game ban for what could have been a career ending "tackle" on Stevie May. Obviously words are worse than an assault. Not condoning what O'Hara or possibly McKee did but need to get these hammer throwers punished correctly.

Re: Hartley to rebuild squad in transfer window

Wouldn't totally disagree with your list but I would keep Austin & Hippo, think there is potential to work with & with players prepared to work for the team beside them, could maybe see them as different players. Add Henderson, Shepherd & Gaspo to this list & would give scope to bring in quite a few...

Re: Falkirk v Dunfermline 04/11/2017

Thought this subject was entitled Falkirk v Dunfermline, not Olaf v everyone else. Comment on the subject & don't get involved with the rubbish he is spouting, he is just a wind up merchant seeing who can hook. This game is probably the most important we will play this season as a win may see us sta...

Re: St Johnstone v Falkirk

Give Houstie a break. Who in all honesty thought at this time last year that we would have the season we had last season. Who is to say it won't be the same this season. One of the signings who made a difference was also a 30 something, Miller, so who is to say Rankin won't be the same. Give him a c...

Re: Team/Singings for next season

How about going in for Dean Brett at Cowdenbeath, was mentioned at the winter window & would solve our RB problem. Would allow Muirhead to go into central defence either alongside Grant or as cover if we get another centre back.

And who is to say we won't be going up with them. Every much a chance as any others in the league, if not more.

Up there with the strikers we have had over the past 3/4 years. A different type of player but knows the way to goal. Here's to a lot more of them.

Re: Where does the problem really lie?

We are the Arsenal of Scotland. How often did Arsenal make the point that they were a successful club as they had millions in the bank. Never won anything for about 6 years but that didn't matter. We appear to be going down the same line. What an opportunity we had to build on the cup final but once...

Re: Time for a clear out?

Muirhead, I think was brought in for a reason. Think we will move to a 3.5.2 next season, same as McCall played. New GK , if as reported McDonald off with Muirhead,McCracken & Grant at back. Duffie(?) & Leahy as wing backs pushing on although unless we could pick up a quality RB, I would put Alston ...

Re: Rangers v Falkirk - Pre Match Thoughts

Need to balance team for last 2 games to ensure we do not lose games, or at least not too heavily, against picking up any injuries. We are going to finish 5th no matter the results so Cup Final must be the priority.

Re: Falkirk v Hibs - Post Match

Yesterday reminded me so much of 97. Struggling in the league, a bigger support than us & getting battered for large parts of the game but we still won. The euphoria & singing at the end was also similar. Now we just need the result in the final to go our way this time.

Play off place over & out. Even a win will be not be enough now. Concentrate on semi & leave out any players who have any niggles.
