Re: Signings on the way

Exactly. After two seasons in 2nd place all the predictions I saw had us up there again. I have Ross County as favourites, since you all asked. Although RC, ICT, Partick, DUFC, DAFC, ourselves, and possibly even Ayr and Morton or (less likely) QOS will be looking for top four places. It's going to b...

Re: Vs Forfar

Shambles again. Only once we scored against the run of play did we actually start playing with any confidence. If Forfar had taken their gilt edged chances, scored with their penalty, or had either of their two strikes against the woodwork gone in during the first half things would have turned out ...

Re: vs Montrose

Hated every single minute of that. Missing out on a hot afternoon in the garden/hills. Sitting in the horrific Main Stand atmosphere. New signings ranging from "could be ok" to "shome mishtake shurely". Programme not even having a squad list. The worst linesman of all time.People talking about the B...

Yep.

Utterly break, destroy and humiliate these representatives of an abominable institution.

The fact it will embarrass proponents of colts/B teams would be just an added bonus.

We'll put out half a team and lose 1-0.

Re: PFA Pitch Ratings Report

Who's been badly injured on our pitch?

Joe McKee when he played for Morton, was an accident. David Mitchell last year. I don't think the pitch can be blamed for either.

Certainly less than I feared when we installed it.

I think the 3 non seeds fixtures are allocated simply in the order they came out the hat.

Re: Sibbald signs for Ferranti thistle

Players have always been peacocks.

From the Brylcreem'ed young men of the 50's through shaggy haired fashion icons like Marinello, Charlie George, George Best etc to the permed and blonde highlighted 1980's fashion disasters like Davie Provan and Ian Ferguson.

Nothing new under the sun.

Re: Sibbald signs for Ferranti thistle

You never know, it might actually benefit him as their style might become less, ahem, "enthusiastic" and involve passing the ball to each other a bit more.

I'd just like to compliment Brian on a valued 14 year posting career on here.

But every time I see "Scrimgeour" mis-spelt I die a wee bitty. :(

Six games?
The season has been rank rotten surely you don’t want extra games
We've already played three of them...

I said that to my pals after the QOS game and was quickly dismissed. I'd love to say I hope I'm wrong but don't actually give a monkey's anymore, as the team clearly don't.

Re: John Lambie

Came in to the managers job at completely the wrong time for us. That he left a safe job in Maryhill, showed the depth of feeling he had for the club. That it didn't work, & the outcome, is probably regrettable on both parts. Can remember his Accies side that left everybody trailing, back in 86, wh...

Re: falkirk v Brechin 31st march 2018

Yes, agreed. Surely instead of trying to play centrally through a 6-2-0 formation the idea would be to get it wide? Harris on the left, when he can't use his left foot to cross is stupid. He cut back into traffic 19 times out of 20. So he should have been wide right to stretch them and get balls in ...

He's been out injured since they lost to DU at home a month or so ago.

He's still touch and go for Tuesday. Hopefully he'll miss out.
