Re: Club Statement
Jesus Christ! Some people swallow any old crap with a positive spin. This CEO has done nothing! He gets paid over 70K a year for what? We'd be better off with 2 more players in the squad for that. He is CEO of probably the worst full-time club in Scotland, but who are only a couple of hundred off be...

Re: falkirk v st mirren 28th April 2018
if its a nice day, I might give this a miss. I am completely bewildered by the Alex Smith love in - Smith and his ilk are one of the main reasons Scottish football is so crap. Only last year he was saying Rangers(sic) and Celtic should buy clubs like ours and use them as youth fodder. Why is he bein...

See at the last game of the season when they do that lap of honour thing
I think the whole crowd should exit the stadium on the final whistle but should leave behind a banner saying "unacceptable"

Re: season ticket sales 2018/19
I agree, I cannot believe i cannot find something better to do with my Saturdays. The club don't give a toss about season ticket holders, I keep having to shift folk out my seat. Free tickets available for at least 3 games a season. Home games called off and rescheduled for midweek where I struggle ...

Re: falkirk v Brechin 31st march 2018
I'm usually a harsh critic, but I cannot today. The players tried, they just don't have the tools needed to beat an ultra defensive team. Greg Shaw where art thou  We have nice players, play into space even with Alex J and Nelson touches of class its still tough against a team who don't want to...

Re: revised season expectations ??
We are still in danger of going down, I cannot see why people are all looking up the table - instead of below. Should Dumbarton win their game in hand they are only 4 points behind us, with us to play them away from home. We have only 2 home games left. I don't think we will go down, but I think it ...

Re: Bairns v Franchise FC
Its all well and good talking about short passes but their pitch is horrible and makes that type of game tricky.
I'd swap Taiwo or Kidd for Longridge for this game. I think a midfield 3 of Taiwo/Kidd, Blair and Sibbald is quite balanced.
We'll do well to get a draw, but I hope we skelp this mob.

Re: Falkirk v Morton
An easy win, Morton were rank in the first half and we cocked up at least 3 superb chances to run up a hammering in the 2nd It worries me that when winning by 3 goals the players should be super confident and agresssive in front of goal - we muck about and fluff our lines! Lord only knows what they’...

Re: Falkirk v Morton
Taiwo is sooo over rated he only shines because the rest are so weak and Lily-livered. He appears to at least have some professional pride but he doesn’t have the physical attributes or condition needed to make a difference to make our midfield effective.

Re: Falkirk v Morton
Who knows what Falkirk team will turn up
Longridge is due a good game, we are due a bit of luck at home but we could easily collapse and get gubbed.
It certainly isn't predictable going to games this season.

Re: falkirk v rangers
Hopeless! Losing a goal a minute after equalising sums up these gutless, brainless bunch. If you took the best attributes of all our midfielders and put them into one player he’d still be an average midfielder! We are so bad in that area, I’d be tempted to try Alex Jac in there, he has strength, pow...

Re: falkirk v rangers
It's "The Rangers" :x We have next to no chance, they might be poorish at the back but its all relative, we are utter dross in defence and the midfield doesn't have the strength or power to out battle them in the middle of the park, we're going to get over run. However, we had so much bad luck last ...

Re: falkirk v Dumbarton 24th Feb 2018
First half we were good and unlucky with a number of decent attempts on goal, BUT you cannot let the fact we hit the woodwork 4 times mask that utterly appalling 2nd half - it really was an utter disgrace! We have decent forwards but they aren’t anywhere near the box for the most part, Alex has grea...

Big Crowd, parades of youngsters, can only mean one thing - We screw it up.
It’s a sad day when I’m concerned about playing a team that contains David Smith and that big Coo Nade!

We are no good...but see what happens with at least some pace and power in the side. A few more signings like Alex Jac and we'll be alright.

Re: Dev squad v Ross Co
Why would morale be low knowing they were all to be freed? Surely they would be trying like hell to impress us and other clubs. Its common in football for players to try like hell until they get a new deal, then they sometimes relax and don't play with the same drive and intent. Unless the players k...

Re: Away to Brechin
I think Brechin will get something from us, we've had a good fortune and Brechin will get a break at some point. we're always the patron saint of helping other teams and players. Striker not scored in 10 - Breaks his duck against us, team not won in 30 - Good old Falkirk will help you out. Would typ...

Re: Cove v Falkirk
Vital win! A big game could see us make up for the loss of prize money in the league, just hope we get a winnable tie to get to the semis or one of the Ugly sisters. Don't want a mid ranking premier team like Aberdeen, Hearts, Motherwell, Killie etc.. They'd all easily beat us and we'd get next to n...

Re: revised season expectations ??
What are you on about? Dumbarton have two games in hand over us, 1 of which is Brechin. Its the games in hand which are important If you want to discuss future fixtures and the end of season run-in then...... We also have St Mirren twice to play they don't, plus ICT, Livi, QotS, Dundee Utd and Dumba...

Re: revised season expectations ??
One of Dumbarton's games in hand is against Brechin at home so the gap is only 3 points in reality. After watching the game on Tuesday and the disaster of Livingston - I can't see how anyone can say we'd pick up a lot of points. We are still weak in the middle, dodgy at the back and not that great u...
