Re: BAIRNforLife

I'm not an expert on this but surely one of the biggest issues we have at Falkirk is not owning our assets and having to pay out money to third parties every year before a ball is kicked. wouldn't it be better to put the money into a fund to buy these assets back bit at a time even if it takes 30 y...

Re: BAIRNforLife

I'm not not filling out my bank details on a piece of paper and giving them to someone I don't know. Can't this be done online? Furthermore I'd prefer to see the money for this used in a different ways, instead of buying a Christmas player for the manager. I'd prefer this money for example to pay f...

Re: Gasparotto

But knowing this why did Houstie not sign a replacement when Grant got inured rather than endure another year of McCracken. Maybe he did. For all we know, the plan could have been to move Muirhead into centre back and play McCann at right back. Only to have the plan scuppered by McCann getting inju...

Re: Warehouse / Old Martell

Tend to just stick to the decent pubs in town. BTW and Artisan Tap are no brainers for me. Always good experiences in both and a better clientele. Quite enjoy the Welly, Scotia, Tolbooth but don't frequent them. Would rather go to Storm than City but don't go to either. Avoid Warehouse at all costs....

Ryan Flynn RWB.

Going 5-3-2/3-5-2 like the good old McCall days.

That would be pleasing

Re: Gordon Greer as Player Coach

If we need a centre half then I'd try to coax Darren Barr back to the club. He is working for the club already....well, Forth Valley Wouldn't say no to Darren Barr coming back. Lost his way since he went to Hearts but would re-find his form with us. kept part time Dumbarton in the division. Could b...

Re: Post Play Off Second Leg

On holiday, cheers for asking. Falk*rk 11/2, Pars 14/1 - Got to be worth a punt on both IMO! Ashcroft and Wedderburn are a couple of good signings for you. Geggan is a good player in the middle of the park. If you lose El Bakhtoui, I think you will be able to replace him pretty easily. As mu...

Greer is horseshit. He was horseshit for Clyde and he has been horseshit for Scotland. How he even gets a call up I'll never know.

A big NO from me

Re: Alston away

Good luck but frankly I don't give a ****. Players come and go and we have lost better before and replaced them. Hardly setting his sights high signing for them. He scored some important goals in big games and that will be the biggest loss. He could however disappear for weeks on end. Agreed

Re: Scottish Teams Released Players

Would love it if Mr Badcock would sign for us, Houston was the only one able to get the best out of him. Realistically, I would probably take all three of the sevco rejects as well Agreed. Was the 4 players that I thought of. Maybe take a chance on Neil Alexander since we're looking for a goalie no...
