Re: Partick today.

It looks like Ray McKinnon is trying not to lose games rather than win them.

That can be the only explanation for playing one up front at home against a team that has lost 6 games in a row :flame:

Re: Falkirk v Ayr Utd

Heard before the match that the Chairman and the CEO answered all the questions well on Thursday night.

Well here`s a question for them . "How come we are bottom of the league" :flame:

Re: MORTON V FALKIRK - 20/10/18

We desperately need a striker and its a pity the Scott Macdonald deal fell through.

Rudden gives you loads of effort but he is not a natural goalscorer.

First Quarter Report

We have taken 3 points from 27 and have one of the poorest playing squads I have ever seen,

In any other business the major shareholders would be taking action but it seems they are sleepwalking towards relegation.

MORTON V FALKIRK - 20/10/18

Will be interesting to see how our players react to the atmosphere at Cappielow on Saturday

The local paper will have a lot to answer for if there is any trouble at the match

The only way to stop the rot at our club is a change of ownership.

The club in reality is run by the MSG who sit behind the scenes not taking the flak.
The scrapping of the Academy and the introduction of the "Brentford model" was approved by the Board.

The BOD have made mistakes but were hoodwinked by Mr Hartley.
I think you will find it was the other way round.

What a complete and utter embarrassment to our club.

Re: Ross county v falkirk 1st Sept 18

What was Robson thinking for their first goal. It was a comedy of errors.

A square pass across the face of our goal to our 2 central defenders who then proceed to fall over each other thus allowing their player to score

According to Paul Hartley, "He is a crucial acquisition for the club".

Re: Hartley OUT

The problem is who could turn this bunch of average players into a winning team.

Its a magician we would need, not a new manager.

Re: QoS 25/8/18

From what’s being said from within the club it’s sounds as if Hartley will be sacked if we don’t win at the weekend. I personally feel that he should have been sacked at the end of last season. No chance of Hartley being sacked this weekend. In any case, I doubt if a new manager would be able to do...

Both teams badly need a win to get their season up and running.

Having said that, it will probably end in a draw.

According to the bookies we are 6th favourites to win the league this season.

Defence played well and the midfield were tidy enough

However we didn`t offer any threat up front, probably because we were playing 4,5,1

Early days but that was a really poor performance.

These are the games we should be winning comfortably and putting down a marker for the rest of the season.

Aberdeen Friendly

A last minute winner gave Aberdeen a 1 0 victory over the Bairns

Not a bad result against a strong Aberdeen X1.
