Re: Vs ICT

Seen the interview after the game that PH done for FTV (know there not exactly going to ask probing questions) but hopefully what he said in the interview was not what went on in the dressing room. If it was then I think we could be in deep ....

Re: Vs Forfar

Didn't make it due to work but kept up with the BBC website. Bit frightening when Forfar have more possession, more shots and more shots on target.
As mentioned the record books will say a 2-0 win but don't give the big picture.
Anyway, onwards and upwards (hopefully)

Re: We really are a bunch of moaning gits.

True. But look at this from a more jaundiced (experienced?) point of view. We have signed players we know nothing about. Some or all may be great, but going on past history, not all of them will be world beaters, and some might even be of a similar standard to the worse players already on the books...

Re: We really are a bunch of moaning gits.

I must admit to having a laugh because someone said that because they hadn’t heard of these players (and therefore had zero knowledge of either their ability, or the level they had been performing at), then they must by definition be as bad or worse than what had gone before. It reminded me of the ...

The headline should read "Our Season in Tatters".

After all the promises of "Our Time", lets hope finishing 3rd bottom has been a wake up call for everyone at the club.
Seconded

Re: Dumbarton Away

Yesterday's result typifies the standards of 1F, three moans before kick off and after the "Bairns" knock in FIVE goals away at Dumbarton, which has been a bogey ground for Falkirk, NOTHING! The excuse will be that it is a meaningless fixture. None of you like taking to the keyboard after a win but...

Re: Falkirk vs. Dunfermline 07-04-18

Well after a display like that we all know there has to be a clear out come the summer. Once the loan players go back to their clubs we will have a picture of who is left. Only thing now is do we trust PH to get rid of the dross- that's a long list - and get suitable replacements in. Really think ne...

Re: Falkirk vs. Dunfermline 07-04-18

Bragging rights is all we have left. We wont be in any playoffs - bottom or top - so only thing we have to look forward to is a win today and it helps stop their push for a playoff spot.

Re: Falkirk v Morton

Good win today but could have been more. Great start to the 1st half and we kept going for once and didn't let Morton back into the game. Bit of a strange 2nd half where we just didn't kick on and missed a couple of chances to really hammer it home to them and was really disappointed that we couldn'...

Re: Cove v Falkirk

Olaf is correct. We simply are not a Championship team “on the up” capable of delivering a Cup shock. All the evidence points to us being comfortably beaten by everyone except Morton (assuming Ayr go out today). Much better to get an OF side away and be done with it. We rode our luck at the franchi...

Re: Cove v Falkirk

Vital win! A big game could see us make up for the loss of prize money in the league, just hope we get a winnable tie to get to the semis or one of the Ugly sisters. Don't want a mid ranking premier team like Aberdeen, Hearts, Motherwell, Killie etc.. They'd all easily beat us and we'd get next to ...

Re: Falkirk v Livi - League Duty

Well WTF happened there. From starting too look promising for a couple of weeks it was a big step back. As mentioned we knew what this mob are all about, big hammer throwers with limited skill but have a game plan that they work to. Nelson on his own up front against that defence was strange as they...

Re: V QOS 30/12

Well there you got then, a first home win for PH. Was a bit baffled by formation to start with but we seemed to cope well. Once we scored first then the confidence seemed to be on the up. Would say on balance of play we deserved it although the injury to Hippo puts a downer on things looked a bad on...
