Re: Signings on the way

Dan Turner in on an 'initial' six month loan deal from Port Vale.

https://www.falkirkfc.co.uk/2018/06/28/ ... port-vale/

Hope that means we have the option to extend, and not that PV can recall him if he's scoring for fun in Jan.

Re: QotS v Falkirk

What a shambles of a second half (apart from Longridge's goal). If that's all we are capable of, then they can all f*ck off in the summer, including master tactician Hartley! So angry at the team even after a 2-2 draw at Palmerston. That game was there for the taking. Passing in the 2nd half was woe...

Re: Cove v Falkirk

UPDATE

There will be a further pitch inspection at 08:30 tomorrow morning to determine whether our Scottish Cup tie against Cove Rangers will go ahead.

90% of the pitch is currently playable with work ongoing throughout the rest of today on one area of concern.

Re: Falkirk v Livi - League Duty

WTF was that?? We seem to have regressed to being crap again. Second to every ball, so, so many mispllaced passes!! Why, oh why did the defence lump the ball upfield, only for their defence to lap it up and put us under pressure again. Their second came from just such a clearance. God only knows wha...

Falkirk v Livi - League Duty

Fed up hearing about the academy and transfers! How about some football chat again? Same lineup as last Saturday (barring injuries) I would expect. Unless Hazard is brought in, although Thomson has aquitted himself well over the last few games. Livi to thug their way through the game, surprised they...

Re: Hartley to rebuild squad in transfer window

I'll be happy if the only "player" out the door from now on is that waster Alex Harris.

At least Craigen was marginally better that that lump.

Think he still has 18 months to go, so will be very difficult to move. :(

Re: Hartley to rebuild squad in transfer window

On the other hand, if we do nothing, we will be in a relegation dogfight at the very least anyway. If the changes help us climb up the table out of the (relegation) play off spot, then it will have been worth it. Nothing ventured nothing gained. I for one would love to see wholesale changes to this ...

Re: Hartley confirmed as the new manager

Interesting that Hartley still thinks we play at Brockville!!

He mentioned it in his pre-match interview on Alba before the ICT cup game, saying ICT gave us a hard game when we played them at Brockville recently!

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet, but Scott Arfield scored a peach of a goal in Burnley's 1-1 draw with Liverpool over the weekend.
