Re: Who should be next manager?

If folk on here are genuinely not wanting Hartley(even though he played for many other Scottish clubs) then I'd rather we didn't bother getting him as I can't be bothered with the constant negativity towards him that we had to endure on here under Houston. We need someone that we can at least all g...

Oh, and a third fear is that Alex Smith still has his fingers in the pie of our club. I want him gone.
I would rather you were gone tbh.

Only 3 goals for a league one team, some expectation for this boy to be a hero overnight.

Re: St.Mirren v Falkirk - Saturday 28th January

I'd be happy with that team as long as it was mchugh and ohara. Unlucky on gallacher hence I'd maybe play leahy midfield to accommodate him but it's not a bad side. Miller to do what he does best and come on last twenty. Can't fathom out why ohara was good enough to play against rangers and hibs la...

The obvious answer is to never let that goon anywhere near our club again.

Re: Rankin Gone

Until we get some transparency on the stadium running costs I don't think we'll ever know... Just out of interest why should the club be transparent about stadium running costs? Do other clubs tell their support financial information like this? It's not something I pay much attention to. Maybe beca...

Re: Big Sam

What did big Sam actually do? Suggest that there were ways around 3rd party ownership of players? Is that it? That and making speeches to investors about 3rd party player ownership 4 times a year, in the far east? What exactly did he do wrong? If someone offered me ludicrous money(£400k a year) to ...

Agree I thought Mark Kerr was outstanding. Hippo disappointed and was subbed. Not a McCracken fan but he did well today. Leahy had a decent game maybe Gallachers performance put some pressure on him which is nice to see. On the down side Lewis Kidd was very poor failing to clear his lines on numero...

Re: Meet the Manager - Heat on Houstie

I'm sure if we'd pushed the boat out wages wise we could've got him. He only played a couple of seasons with them previously and doesn't come from there so I don't see why he would have a desperate desire to go back. I very much doubt Houston even made the effort to enquire though. Because he said ...

Re: Meet the Manager - Heat on Houstie

Did we try for Dobbie? Question for the manager surely? May well have been the case that he'd have signed for queens no matter the money on offer from other clubs but if we didnt even enquire then we were never going to be in with a shout. Houston is going to have to punt a few players before the w...

Re: Meet the Manager - Heat on Houstie

I don't think anyone realistically had a chance of signing Dobbie other than QotS.

From what Im hearing, Houston got all the signings he realistically wanted and they aren't giving him anymore.

Up to him to sort it.

Re: Team/Singings for next season

That useless duffer who cost us the Cup Final and many a league game has got a one year extension I hear. It's enough to put you off getting a season ticket. Terrible business by the club, and means almost certainly any chance we have of winning the league is out the window. The money WASTED on McC...

There is some amount of people who have only missed a handful of games all season, we must be up to some tax dodges with the attendances we declare.
