Falkirk v Dundee Utd 22/9/18

Are we hoping for the same team as Ayr but with less errors?

Also, reading online there seems to be growing dissatisfaction with Laszlo from their lot so does this present us with the best chance of kick-starting our season?

Looking to increase a dwindling player pool and looking for players 21 - 40 who can play Monday's 8-9pm @ Ochilview?

Re: FALKIRK 0 1 NOMADS

Having now seen some highlights on YouTube it looks like we failed to make our dominance count and, as expected, are still short on the confidence that winning brings. I certainly saw enough that Petravicius has improvement in him that a run of games could foster and I am happier to see that we seem...

Re: Welcome Ray

Is it me or is Joe McKee having a dig at Hartley here :?: ... the gaffer and the staff have been really clear on, em, how he want's us to play and our shape. Eh, I felt like everybody pretty much knew what they were supposed to do today on the pitch... I feel like we were a lot more organised today ...

Re: FALKIRK 0 1 NOMADS

... Another week goes by though and yet the biggest conundrum is still how the feck are the CEO and chairman still in post after this utter shambles. Lang is just the figurehead to be honest. It's Campbell that is in charge of the day-to-day running and I'm surprised he's still in post. Awaiting hi...

Re: FALKIRK 0 1 NOMADS

I can totally see Ranaldo and FalkirkBairn90’s point of view. I’m trying to introduce my 4yo son to it and it’s a tough sell at the moment especially when he sees how belligerent I become. It must be quite hard for him to comprehend why were there when it has that effect on me and god knows how he w...

Re: FALKIRK 0 1 NOMADS

As reported on the BBC football Scotland cup round-up from yesterday their manager is lording it as some watershed moment because our budget is "5x bigger" apparently. Agreed we probably shouldn't be getting beat by a Welsh outfit but plenty of clubs have wasted squillions on average or rotten playe...

Re: FALKIRK 0 1 NOMADS

Wasn't there today but didn't expect us to take much from the game although I hoped we'd win against supposed inferior opposition. McKinnon wasn't going to turn us around in a week and depending on your view i think he had the luxury of what is a nothing game to try out players and formations ahead ...

... Be interesting to see if he can already get a few free transfers/loan signings made and potentially move on some of the duff players we've already amassed . I'm optimistic about his appointment. On your point above, I think the only ones who there may be no hope for is TOE, Harrison and Paton. ...

Re: Reserves v Partick

Hearing from PTFC social media that the trialists were Russell Willox - New Zealander who is trying to win a move to Europe.

The other is Joseph Moore who has been at a Glenn Hoddle/Strachan type football academy and formerly of Alloa.

Re: Welcome Ray

Having read Morton's statement this could get a bit acrimonious once the dust settles.

This could turn out to be a coup if he can squeeze something out of this squad of players at least until our next revamp in January.

Good luck Ray, you'll need it!

Re: Hartley’s gone

McCall must have been close to joining going by the tweet yesterday about black smoke coming from the stadium. Unfortunately it looks like he changed his mind perhaps from an emotional plea by the Ayr chairman. I suspect the board got permission to talk and out of courtesy to Falkirk McCall had a b...
