Re: The cull has started

Our cash burn this past season & a half must be frightening. I'd imagine the cupboard must be nigh on bare by now,

Re: Falkirk v Scumfermline 06/10/18

Think Ray boobed by bulleting 4 on Friday. That he got a "we don't care" performance from the team today, would suggest he'd have been better waiting till Monday to do that. After the game was out of the road. This is going to take a couple of seasons to sort out & fans better be ready to give McKin...

Re: Falkirk v Scumfermline 06/10/18

Hard to believe that the 22 on the park are at their work. It's their job!🙈 Though they contrived to score, both teams have been utterly dreadful.

Re: 4 players away

Greenwood, on the one substitute appearance I saw, did more than enough to justify a start, in that side. What next, Robson getting punted? Bizarre one, though the others are understandable.

Re: Prince Buaben

It's not Willo Flood, so that's a start.

Only 30 & the sort of signing we badly need, at this moment in time. Only problem is, if successful, he can move on in Jan. Though short term deal may have been dictated by what's left in budget.

Re: Falkirk v Dundee Utd 22/9/18

How a keeper, at 6'3", can get beaten to an aimless high ball, when he's also got an arms reach advantage over a striker, is beyond me. Fully expect Mutch between the sticks next week. Team did play better, if not being able to hit a barn door at 5 paces. But were undone by a complete gift of a lead...

Holt claiming responsibility for the installation of our artificial surface. Can't seem to remember if this was widely known at the time :?:
"It enhanced our play" Could've fooled me. We're still in this division Gary.

Re: Ross county v falkirk 1st Sept 18

I hope he can do what Hartley did and get some loan deals in. Ship many of them out in January. The emergency loan window is no longer an option, so he won't be in a position to do what Hartley did in signing the likes of Longridge and Tummilty at the back end of last year prior to the January tran...

Re: Ross county v falkirk 1st Sept 18

Worst start to a league season since 1956/57. 0 points, 1 goal in 4 games. Frightening. By all accounts a bit more fight about the team but god, if we're clinging to that, it just demonstrates the depths to which we have sunk. What a job McKinnon has on his hands with this bunch. Yet only 3 points ...

Re: Ross county v falkirk 1st Sept 18

Ayr United turn down 2 bids of £175k for Shankland as he’s a vital part of their team. If only our Board had adopted a similar approach over the years then maybe we’d have got promoted? Instead we now have a total shambles. Maybe the Board will introduce soft loans to somehow get us out of this mes...

Points of notes - Applications already received from throughout uk and Europe - Hughes rules himself out - McCall did not rule himself out, could easily have said no but didn't Heard that as well :( I also took an inference that he believes the lack of football ...

So, he's gone. What are we going to do now then?
Hopkins the obvious candidate, but can you stomach 'hoofball' for a winning team?
Relegation beckons, if they don't make the right choice.

Re: QoS 25/8/18

Well, gladly I stayed true to my word and had a skinful before going to watch that. It certainly numbed the pain, and I found myself actually laughing when Dobbie scored his second. I don't know what Hartley thinks he can do to turn this around but it would need to be before this Saturday, as if we...
