Re: Houstie

He got quite of bit of embarrassing stick from some fans behind the dug-out at 2-0 which was severely cringeworthy to say the least. What's more embarrassing though is that he reacted to these clowns who seem to struggle with the concept of breathing in and out never mind complex analysis of the gam...

Correct. I will miss both these games (and every Friday game for that matter) due to work commitments.

Re: Murray Wallace v Peter Grant

Murray Wallace is/was a better footballer than Grant. However Grant for me is the superior defender. Certainly at this level anyway. You weren't the guy sitting behind me that I heard say Grant is a great defender but a poor footballer!? I know what you're getting at but that makes no sense. If you...

Re: Gent Goal

The wall is an unnecessary distraction for a goalkeeper. No wall allows them to watch the ball all the way. Putting a wall up gives the taker something to aim for in order to hit the harder to reach areas of the goal. imo of course. :)

Re: Gent Goal

Indeed. We do we persist with the whole walls at free kicks thing anyway? I don't believe, certainly at our level, that's there any great advantage to having one. The players that possess the skill to actually beat a wall successfully consistently are so few and far between that it renders the whole...

Re: SFA Notices of complaint - Maybury and Houston

Perhaps it was mistake putting the full interview up on youtube for all to see. At least if he's going to be reported to the SFA we might as well get the FTV subscription fee from them first.

Re: Ryan sinnamon signs on loan from Rangers

That could possibly be a part of the loan deal anyway.

I agree it's madness to take a loan player from one of your rivals. Especially one they deem not good enough or ready to start games in the same division.

Like 8 goals in 30 odd appearances across multiple seasons with 2 separate clubs in England's league 2 regular?

Re: Website

Yep the website is a complete embarrassment. Even more so after the so called re-design, it's an utter shambles of a thing.

Shame as a few minor changes would make it almost useful.

I'm in the same boat and as far as I can see we've signed no one.

He's right, it's absolutely brutal. We ended up in amongst them going over for a family holiday last year. I was considering swimming it 5 mins into the journey.

Re: Where are the new signings ?

Like he did at Queens? Yeah, just like Loy did at Carlisle. Fed up of all these moany sadcases on this forum. Whether I'm a 'moany sadcase' or not the fact remains. We had no direct comparison to Loy's potential performance at our level, but we do with McHugh. The fact he's been released from a Mot...
